Do you have a deposit or other astral storage to receive items? I've made an artifact to handle Triton possession. It's a rainbow colored bell. Ring it and the triton will be temporarily stunned. It will then let go of you. They're immortal so that's the best you can do, but keep ringing it and they usually get tired of you and leave.
