The Gensokyo library have shown up a few times and asked me to give them manuals for a few of my artifacts and spells. They only want the extremely dark ones, like "the bowl", an artifact which manifests 1000s of lolis in red dresses who'll move as a whirlwind around the target and cut them, manifesting a personal cleansing hell for them. They also wanted the spell Eternal Retribution and the Damnation Bowl, which are worse than the first bowl and can place evil souls in a close-to endless gehenna process (to be used against Earth elites).
