It was beyond my awareness at the time, but it appears what they did was to create a version for the galactic level, to handle galactic karma, compared to the Earth defense "Tanya" servitor which is specific to our planet. Because of the local glowie situation there won't be any installer sigil shared for that one on here, but you can ask Astra about it if you visit my stall at the Galfed market. (It's heavily protected so no one unauthorized can enter there, despite the sigil being posted in the OP.)

Attached to this post is a sigil for the inter-galactic level. This should be enough to handle inter-galactic karma, beyond this point it's no longer possible to contain it so there is no need to have protection after that. Someone trying to store karma after this point will self-destruct because the particles cannot be chained up to such a length.
