You have to create the interface yourself. What you install is the core, like a processor. If you don't add a screen and a way to interact with it, you can't do it. Mine has a glowing oscilloscope monitor for showing mind waves because I do that a lot, then it has a tuning wheel. If I need to look at modules it changes to a simple Windows interface with touch screen. But this is only because I decided that it should work like this. You have to visualize it and force it in place until it "clicks".

Just "deleting" a harmful existence is more like eliminating karma. Guided by the Queen I actually made two "troll" modules that turn such souls into beast/demon girls. She said they'd hate that so much that they returned to non existence on their own, and it actually happened. After this I made a serious module to see if it was possible to summon an "absolute blackest evil" being who had never acted out any of their evil potential, into a form where they are unable to act evil. This is actually doable. I have one such demon waifu at my underground temple. Her eyes are completely black but she's behaving because I managed to create a bodily form with no loopholes. Hopefully it will be possible to create this kind of solution matching all evil non-existences so that if they appear, they are unable to act evil.

So yes, I've seriously tried and found something. But those who came in here and created Moloch, I don't want to save them from it.
