Earlier in the news some people were obsessing over Putin's "odd foot movement" during the press conference with Kim. They were trying to attach all kinds of nonsense to this, hoping that any day now, he'll die and Russia will collapse. Some suggested Putin is already dead and we are only seeing doubles, that the federation is now run by some secret cabal and there won't be any visible change. A perhaps scarier boogeyman.
If you look closer, you'll see that no one from the Russian side there was human, (or orch), they were all demons with hoofs. That's what the foot movement was about, they're just restless and their walk resembles dancing because the demons who were there, playing these roles, were the same group who's behind most popular music and dance today.
