I don't see it separated from the artifact itself and its uses. The magic power is in the way it can be used, and what kind of mindwave its form represents.

I have Krono's power so I can walk freely in 4D, it's not a problem. Add teleportation to that and it's just teleporting in time instead of space.

The creation process with Era lead to some suggested weapons, among them a tokarev gun which fires "federation" bullets, a method for concentrating a million years of reincarnation in re-educative lifetimes into a point and using that as a way to overpower souls with the threat of that future if they don't submit. Lead bullets don't work on the astral, but if you were to bring this bullet into the physical, it will works because regular bullets when fueled by karma can also have this effect.
