Yes, on so many levels. I'm currently working on orc evolution and followed the idea presented in the slime anime, because other things before were proven real. Meaning starting from orc regular and evolving myself up to orc lord, the demon lord standard which in the anime requires a sacrifice of 10 000 bodies. There are plenty of dead "nazis" in Ukraine so why not offer those up, no one else is claiming them. I already used those before with success, and by now there are plenty more, no one is even picking them up and cremating them so I went for offering up 100 000 of them. An orc god appeared. Won't go into details about this but if anyone detected high energy levels in Ukraine it may have been this. The real "orc lord" also took part, it always amazes me how effective magic becomes when someone with an official position performs it. The tool which is a large egregore, such as a nation, is so powerful if used right.
