Usage is the same as previous devices, place the disc in the top of the device, power it while holding in your right palm for usage on yourself. Aim at the void for original summon while aiming for the kind of spirit you want. Aim at someone else for using it on them.
The design is specifically made for defending reincarnation systems i.e. "planetary tantra".
