You mentioned his name in the collective thread and while googling his name he came up only in like 2 obscure fantasy games. How did he come to you? I am being noticed by some weird amphibian races similar to Jar-Jar but without the ears and makes me realize I don't know enough about them at all.

This is something I also noticed. They are not accepted as "Inhabitants" at all and they will be moved into an another dimension when the dimension is "ready" for them.
