I tried viewing the new Earth map from the internal timeline over there to get a more exact map of Europe, and got this. The parts encircles and shaded with some lines are what remains.

Scandinavia along with an unknown part of the baltics and eastern Europe were pulled away to become part of the new America-Russia continent.

It seems they drowned Syria, Turkey and Israel completely.
