Pretty sure i incarnated in that cave.I feel different. You see i sent my anima at first and then realized it was better not too send too mcuh,however i think she already incaranted there. Since then its as if im a shell surrounding where my weaknesses used to be.the shell has an invincible quality to me as my outer persona was meant to contain the massive amounts of blacl/dark energy in my soul and protect my anima respectively. With that gone im like a near invincible shell.At the same time my energy has been massively improving (this is the black energy part) using methods perhaps seen as less than traditional or legitimate but effective in my case. Ive found there is a level where traditional methods dont really work.in my case years ago yoga didnt do anything. I simply didnt have enough of a starting energy to move around and every part was blocked. Theres is also the geburah fire "pressure cooker" effect where complete protection can trap negative energy and make it worrse. What can actually also happen is negative energy itself forming a shell and creating a "putrification" effect,this nassively damages you over time and without a level of skill you might not be able to clear energy faster than this process makes it bad again.youd need outside help or a way perhaps to make a "perfect" sun since that might be able to clear indepently of any action from you once its there. Anyway thats not so easy in this state.
