If you want a great tsf novel look at The Identity Matrix by Jack L. Chalker from 1982. Guy gets swapped into the body of a young native american girl, then while in her body gets swapped into the body of a beautiful woman. Long story short the get to close to government secrets so they're both brainwashed into living new lives in their new body. They even promote the growth of sexual features in the guy's female body to suit his new life as a high class prostitute in Vegas. Woman in the native girl's body gets put on a reserve and can't speak English anymore. Eventually their memories come back but only after 5 years of fucking rich guys.
