Dunno about all of them, but unless he changed imprints, Ore to Hero to Mahou Shoujo is from Comic Polaris. Maybe they have a sharing agreement?

S-Rare has the MC fight with the girls at times, which involves him becoming essentially a mahou shoujo look. IMHO his face still stays pretty mannish and its usage is pretty much an after-thought to the story. (Which is why I had such a hard time reading Sekai no Hatede Aimashou: Became a girl and his face didn't change at all. Man-face is a turn off for me)
