I know the one you're talking about since I also found it once, and was planning to read it at some point. Just did a 15 minute reverse image search/keyword search/syosetu and couldn't find anything either. If it's gone then your best bet is to ask some Japanese, and if you're really hardcore, you could track down some Japanese authors who have written something similar and ask them if they have read it and know anything. If you find it, post it. It'll be a difficult quest, good luck.

This is why you need to backup everything you really like. You never know when links will die, copyright trolls will strike, or an author will have a mental meltdown and nuke everything he ever worked on. (Years of of stories at Branchtime's old website appear to have been lost when the server hiccuped and then stopped being maintained.)

Here's an unrelated picture for your trouble. You'll need a Japanese IP to ask 2ch because they're xenophobic and ban foreign IPS. I'm not sure how many are still there since 4 years ago a ton of them were very angry to learn they were being datamined, and during the shitstorm there was a mass exodus to other websites like Reddit, (8chan briefly) and librechan (defunct, although a handful from /jp/ moved to >>>/librejp/ when librechan shut down due to increasing harassment over their hebe content at /b/.)

Now 2chan has been re-branded as 5channel and I heard that there's hardly anyone left there, and it's very slow and full of bots. There are about 30 tochakis at /librejp/ who will tell you the story in broken English because they hate the place, and Nishimura, and Jim Watkins. tochakis, they hate that place.) Maybe http://www.2chan.net/ (of 「ふたば☆ちゃんねる」 fame) knows where to find it though? They're still active and they even have a cross dresser board.
