I was kind of just thinking it through right now, and I ran into a problem. Say I got in touch with endmin and somehow took over as admin of end/ttg/, at some point I'd need to appoint mods, but I'm not in personal contact with any anonies, I don't have any trusted anonies who I'd want to give power to (and trust that they were notsecretly sico). But on the other hand, anyone who DOES have personal contact with anonies, and thus would have people they could know and trust to mod, is probably into R4 shit, and wouldn't be trustworthy anyway.
