Its just my schizo theory but it fits. The whole kosaki runs the site claim seemed dumb but whoever was feeding sico code was probably competent and her site and easy are both built off neko code. I looked at the code to set up the site and while its not crazy I don't believe a BPD 17 year old girl knew how to do it or how to change it.
