the appeal of imageboards is that you don't have a persistent thread persona (unless you purposefully cultivate one). i like being able to be "the kotoposter" when i post koto and various other posters when i'm posting other things/fus. i also like to be able to call people retarded faggots without it being attached to a username. clock, by design and as admitted by the creator, cannot replace an imageboard community because it isn't one. it will be supplemental at most
