>>3336 Based, thx! There's so much material, I feel a bit overwhelmed. Learning the basics now.
>>3337 I'll leave character design suggestions to you guys, no idea about race or class yet. As long as it's sufficiently crazy and entertaining I'm ok with everything.
As Joy said one thing to keep in mind is that hosts must refrain from unintentionally roleplaying as their tuppers D&D characters instead of letting their tuppers do that. Or even taking over character design. I already caught host doing that for me instead of sitting back. Bad host! It's understandable that hosts wanna help their tuppers but you don't by poking your nose everywhere. Kashtan said this is like kids growing up. And kids don't want their parents interfering when they play with their friends. It's cringe. It's fine to consult your host every now and then but generally try not to rely on them. But I think that's a minor problem compared to hosts intruding without being asked. So annoying! Hosts, consider this a mindfulness exercise. Meditate and stay in the background while your tuppers are playing. I admit that's not easy for my needy host. Even more of a reason to git gud.
