Joy, does it make any sense to start with such shitty stats? Choosing the standard stats sounds like a lame cheat and the idea was that Alice is an alien coming to this world. She needs to adapt to the environment and starts weak but advances faster than humanoids. While coming with theoretical and universal knowledge she obviously has absolutely no idea about this world's lore, creatures, customs or 'common sense'. This could be hilarious.

Just an idea, you're the DM so I think you can handle character progression pretty much as you see fit. I just don't know if I can do anything useful as a fighter with those stats. I don't care about CHA or INT, it even makes sense for them to be very low in the beginning as alien blob but I need some STR and CON to even move around. Well we have Yulya to buff me up. I think it could work. But we'll follow your advice.
