This occurs as part of your backstory during "visions of an angelic messenger"

An angel of pure light visits you in a dream; her light is so bright you cannot make out any features at first. As your eyes adjust to her light you see she is holding the lifeless body of brilliant dark violet haired cat. It's skin is raw in spots, and it looks emaciated but otherwise uninjured; its ribs are showing like deep velvet valleys; it's near death if alive at all. She cradles this creature like a mother would hold her newborn and the contrast is startling. As you gaze upon this dichotomy, her face becomes more clear, she looks to you with obvious love but she's also saddened. She brings this creature to her lips and breaths a golden essence into its lungs. The creature begins to twitch and the filth covering its delicate frame begins to drift down in a violet hued vapor, as if shedding the dust of moth wings with every small shift, followed by clumps of violet fur until the creature is utterly naked. She sets it down on a bed of full golden remiges and it slowly mentally illforms into a beautiful young woman with striking blue/violet hair. Her features are finer than a high elf and her skin is fair as freshly fallen snow. She stirs with a shake and begins to shiver, she looks very frail and thin but is very much alive...

The angelic visitor brightens and fades into the white background of the space as if intending to leave this woman in your care.
