1. we are not counting worn armor against encumbrance, none of it. Justification: if the wearer is proficient in a given armor, it is expected they could wear it without being encumbered by it, and it is also reasonable to assume they could carry their full pack with it. It will count against the total carry capacity 15x strength but not against encumbrance debuffs. We could change this next campaign and adventurer's typically buy a mule or donkey to carry other things, but we're trying to keep it simple this time with enough immersion to make it fun, so I think this is a good compromise. The complexity of pack animals is more for veteran players.

2. For this campaign, we're not dealing with waterskins, they are assumed to be packaged with rations or water is available in streams and other bodies or the waterskin is just so ubiquitous that it's accounted for and available to drink and costs no unaccounted weight or coinage. Once we're familiar with the other mechanics, we can decide if we want to track water separately. It's fun to think about a survivalist run but in the interest of keeping it simple, we'll suspend disbelief on this one for now.

3. Yulya, you have FEY TOUCHED, so I gave you the spell MYSTY STEP and if you didn't do so already, tell me where you want to spend your bonus attribute point in Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma. lastly, let me know what spell you want from Divination or Enchantment school of magic. I have attached your adjusted character sheet, please look it over and tell me if anything's missing or wrong.
