Oh cool, my calculation was correct? Finally starting to understand a bit. But then Cat's AC of 11 in the sheet you posted isn't correct either. 11 would be worrying. As Barbarian she has unarmored defense with 16 CON and 13 DEX.
+3 CON, +1DEX + 10 = 14
That'S pretty decent for a start.
