[Joy] Ashley is wrong, she is not a refugee, she's allowed to enter with weapons, however, you would have to take the risk of showing them to the guard when it looked like she was unarmed before. I doubt they would care if she just went in carrying them since they believed she was already registered and they aren't confiscating weapons from registered people. Though now that it's become a point of concern, I would say at least pass a DC of 5 which is virtually guaranteed. I said that much as a point of training, but I'll say no more on it.
