Hmm, I dunno doesn't that mean anyone can learn any spell as long as you have enough time and money? Wouldn't that make nobles basically invincible? They could just buy and learn any spells available in a few years.

Also cantrips are supposed to be spells you have internalized so well that you can basically cast them in your sleep, not something you learn in a day for 25gp.
Just my 2cts it doesn't concern me as I can't use any magic by design.
