Generally thieves won't reach into the body cavity of a little girl even for gold. I recommend the belly button as a cover for where you're pulling the gold from. If someone saw that they'd think you're just a strange little girl and not an alien abomination bent on world subjugation.

If you pulled out 100, the current safe limit, they'd just think you were a bard magician. I still prefer there is no slime or other fluids on the gold or questions are inevitable.
