Dry rations are 1lb per person per day per 8 hours worked, the heavy part is the full rations that include water. 4lbs per person per day per 8 hours worked.

Yulya should have "create or destroy water" that can be used to refill the waterskins and that only need to be refilled every other day that's not raining.

Alice will also need water, so don't feed her dry rations, let her eat weeds and mud. I won't penalize her for that.
