I pinched a nerve in my neck about a month ago and it's finally feeling 90+% but holy shit, that hurt like hell. It sent pain down my arms like cramping for weeks on and off.

My neck bones are full Neandertal, I'm not kidding, normal bones look all nice and compact and separate and mine are just like bone Czech hedgehogs. Sturdy but oops all bone. I always felt like my neck didn't have the full range of motion it needed, it does but it feels like it doesn't. Anyway, if I look hard down, it still pinches the nerve but barely now. Thankfully it didn't interrupt things in my life but if I had to shovel a few metric tones in the garden, last month would have been awful.

Most definately I have Neandertal neck bones. They're chonky on the X-rays.
