How did you manage to pinch that nerve? During workout or some unusual movement?

Something similar happened to host last summer when he exited his car. Strange turning movement, back hurt like hell in certain positions for 2 weeks. Could barely drive but it wasn't noticeable at all except in certain movements like getting up. Not sure if it was a muscle or never. I was short of dragging him to the doctor but it went away gradually.

We helped a friend install solar panels yesterday, they're bear-sized huge plates weighing about 25kg. Not heavy but very cumbersome and hard to grip because both broad and tall. It was a good exercise and host didn't break anything. I did have to yell a few times though so he didn't trip over his shoelaces or other clown stuff. You cannot let his child unsupervised.
