When I started going back after my Covid hiatus, I was as heavy as 217, joint pain, other issues etc, and probably 22% bodyfat if not higher.
With dedication and calorie management and specifically OMAD, I'm now 195, no pain, excellent sleep, feeling the best I have ever felt, and in the best shape of my life, stronger than ever, 14-16% bodyfat which is flipping great, and I haven't taken my resting heart rate in ages, I took it today, verified twice more, it's sub 50, 48-50. That's insane. I've never ever seen it under 60. I thought it was just normal for me to have a RHR of 65-70 by genetics. I guess not.
I guess I feel like an athlete and my body does too.
Mission accomplished with a lot of hard work. Counting calories is a lot easier with OMAD as well.
Even as I am, 195 6'4", active, working out consistently, lots of hard labor on probably 12-16 hours a week, I still only need 1800 cal/day on average. Crazy.
