Not doing nothing by far, 16-20 hours a week hard labor, working out, walking, average caloric intake since May, 1600. That's it. A snack at 2 and 1000 cal dinner. Which means for every dau I eat 2000, I have a day that's 1200 or I gain weight, it's not rocket science.

You have to cut 500 per day to lose a pound a week in other words strict OMAD, so I weigh myself daily and if I'm over 196, no snack. I have some days where it's 2000+, these are necessarily countered. My range has been 193 to 199, today it was 195.5

I do not want to ever be over 200 again. I feel flipping fantastic. My current height is 191cm. I used to be 194 but I have slight arthritis in my back, which is not unusual for someone in their 30's. This is why core training and staying light is necessary. I was under 190cm at 217lbs. The extra weight doesn't go in my legs.

So stop overeating, fat ass.
