>>7843>>7844>>7845Conclusion:
It comes down to this:
- You don't want to be fat: this will raise your prion intake, raise your free radical intake, increased health risks for many diseases, you're fat, ugly af, that's not good, so don't be fat.
- Eat healthy: Don't eat bullshit, don't buy into the 49 flavors of pringles
- Exercise: Fasting will make you want to do less, this is likely the reason people lose muscle mass, I could be a total slug on OMAD and turn into Bernd, so that's an awful thing if I wasn't working out and doing manual labor regularly. If I ever get into a situation where I couldn't do that, then I'll probably go Atkins.
- OMAD is great, Atkins, is Great, I liked ADOMAD (it's not practical to do all week for me but I would want to), but the idea is simple, eat less, but autophagy is probably good and apparently also spikes growth hormone good? Bad?. (HGH is why Sylvester Stallone looks like his mother, so could be good or bad, his mother was quite masculine looking.)
- Do what makes you feel best. I have tried everything including vegan and I felt awful on that, joint pain, dependence on Ultra-processed foods, poor sleep, weight gain, cravings etc.
-Of course, stay away from zero nutrition foods, make every meal count.
