You know, I don't think you know, but once upon a time I could have been considered anorexic, the type that exercises incessantly and always sees themselves as fat. Not to the point of sickness though, I didn't want to be sick. I was 159 at 6'4 that's pretty thin though, not even considered underweight surprisingly. Not for a long obviously, I was 18-19 at the time, but this fasting reminded me of that. Anorexics don't "lose weight" because they want to lose weight, they lose weight and keep doing so because it is a powerful feeling, it's a feeling like they're in control of something, especially when your life is out of control like mine was at that time, like they have power over nature. It's a high in a way actually, and I'm mellow af rn. I feel powerful, that I don't care about food, I'm not even thinking about food, tomorrow morning I will eat and woopty flipping do. This power over body, over addiction, over nature is... nice. I like it. I remember being really depressed at the time, and obviously due to the situations I was in, working, college, no sleep, childhood trauma still fresh, other issues that there's no need to dredge up. But now, today, I have the control over my life or at least the power over my take on it, and therefore my reality, but it can still feel good to look nature in the face and say, "you don't control me."

It's important to be thorough in my research. I'm detail oriented.
