So anyway, I had a nice roughly 8 oz flatsteak and a nutella-banana crepé. It was lovely, and now I'm having diarrhea--It's quite satisfying.

There is a feeling of calm and wellbeing, clarity and lack of want when I haven't eaten for 36 hpurs. I gotta say it's a good place.

Back to work, gotta do hard manual labor for the next 10 hours in 100 degree weather. But it's a dry heat thank fucking God.
