It continued to be unusually hot and dry but now it's getting a lot cooler. Only 15°C during the day. Still too dry. I harvested walnuts. they were few and small. Apples are none, one tree even died, pears a few half the normal size. Oh, we did get 5 peaches, 1/3 the normal size but edible. Except for plums who exploded in size and numbers for some odd reason, it was a bad fruit year.Tomatoes also died as tiny plants in spring. On the other hand, no problems with mold or leaf curl disease at all, because of the arid conditions.
