About GLP-1 agonists, host doesn't really know a lot about it other than Novo Nordisk being a mediocre stock. And that a lot of people appear to have ruined their eyesight with it though it's stll unclear how this works.
About the same formula not doing anything after a pause - that's odd but not unheard of. May be related to production of anti-drug antibodies which neutralize the active compound before it can do anything. Or general adaption of the body, building up tolerance. Happens with a lot of agonists. The body doesn't like having its inner balance messed with.
