And here is another message I sent over PM to someone defending my actions when I criticized the censorship going on at the Farhad TG forum, before I was banned for being "too offensive."

>I probably did go overboard this time. At the time I wrote that I couldn't post, Tayaya was banned from the shoutbox, and I could only see the shoutbox if I logged out so I assumed Chilla had banned me. I can see the shoutbox when I log in now, so I will assume he unbanned me.

>I thought Chilla had deleted a discussion and bunch of tayaya shoutbox stuff and banned him while I was away from the forum. I am not sure what discussion happened, but I'm guessing foxmon's post baited tayaya into saying something that pissed of Chilla.

>I personally don't like things being outright deleted, and Chilla seems to ban or censor the criticisms of Zet's work a lot more than he would if he were being perfectly neutral. I even had to message him at the beginning to restore the thread after Zet deleted it, because he hadn't yet noticed, and he only seems to have threatened people who criticized the game. Chilla is confusing biased censorship with civility, and doesn't realize it, from my vantage point.

>I used to have a lot of private message arguments with Chilla where I tried to convince him to let both sides to have their say and how he should be more neutral. I also told him to keep an eye on Zet because I was afraid Zet would delete half the threads and ban people on the forum (the way he later did on Steam.) I told him Zet didn't own the forum, and at the time he threatened to ban me, and I think a lot of other people like Seiji. None of that appeared on the forum.

>So my frustration boiled when I saw the shoutbox posts and I assumed Chilla had done something even worse with the shoutbox while I was away, and called him out on it. My private words to Chilla never convinced him of anything before, so I can hoped complaining openly will somehow make him remember that transparency is infinitely healthier for the community.

>I wouldn't have been such a persistent jerk about this project if the two of them had showed (much) more humility toward anyone who offered them feedback. I also could not 100% ignore the thread when they were being so obnoxious and unethical: Zet deleting threads, and greedily trying to double-charge a backer on desura knotched up my dislike for him and the project, and he ignored me when I called him out on anything, not even giving a rebuttal. I didn't want to see people ripped off because no one was willing to argue with them. I didn't want Zet to just spam his way out of criticism without a fight, and things simply escalated from there. Honestly, if I hadn't argued with them so much they'd probably still be posting weekly sales updates, and Zet would have still been an abusive moderator.

>That sums up why I've acted how I have, in more words than I intended. Ultimately it doesn't matter what happens to this forum since there are plenty of others.
