Yes, PTSD can lead to self harm and age regression. PTSD can also be comorbid with BPD. One doesn't negate the other. Diagnoses aren't biological. They are used to group together closely related behaviors for easier treatment and to make better sense of the behavior.

Donutchan, please fuck off. Reading a few twitter threads about BPD being modern hysteria doesn't make you qualified to argue about the intricacies of the field. I'll give you some leeway and say BPD is over diagnosed and much more men qualify for diagnoses than the amount that's given to them, but the argument you're making isn't relevant considering the fact that BPD is being used as shorthand here to make communicating about Ki's obvious BPD symptoms easier.
