kays face makes her look like she's always holding her breath because she has a "mouth-breather face" or long-face syndrome & has a recessed chin it also looks like she woke up with disgusting messy hair & has eye boogers crusted hard in between her eye makeup & when kay always wakes up she's always a cranky bitch & acts like she isn't and that nothing happened oh like she didn't slept on wrong side of the bed, like she didn't sleep with her makeup on didn't had a nightmare didn't piss herself didn't wake up from smoking weed and is f up from it didn't wake up from a hangover didn't wake up with pain from her braces didn't wake up with drool & pain from her snakebites, also how does kay get that redline going across the middle of her nose this isn't the first time she's gotten it she would always get it back it 2024 and their would even be redness on her cheek i'm suspecting its cuz of the weather & allergies or it could be rosacea or a Malar Rash https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK555981/
