I don't know. I think I only met one Dutch person in my whole life, despite I met lotsa foreigners from all over. I only ever really interacted with them on imageboards. I don't really have anything against them, one is particularly pleasant chap.
There seem to be this perception that they are rude, but I think it's coming from the Anglos, particularly from the Small Islanders where they have the custom of casually lying in each others' faces with fake niceness and can't handle honest directness. And since the internet's language is English, this opinion seems widespread that even I heard about it.
They have a hilarious language that is some mix of English and German.
