I got half a cow. Butchered and packaged. So far they have only taken the $150 deposit. They are meant to then after slaughter and gutting, weigh the carcass, and its $22 per kg iirc at that time. Then it loses about 30% in drying and some more with shit trim and rubbish. Good trim is minced. I got all the bones too. Might try to make gravy with the ribs. But yeah, cheers speckled valley beef for the about $3 per kg side of beef.
