How many hacks do there have to be before governments and companies realise you can't keep sensitive data web accessible at all?

I am confident that one day my Centrelink records, health records including psychiatrist reports, and internet browsing history will be leaked and searchable by name.

It is just a disaster waiting to happen. Inevitable.
