Autonomous AI agents are a while away from being useful and cost effective. AI will enhance in speed up the process but if there is a new and novel attack that someone with experience can pick up that the model was not trained on or is aware of how to detect then I would say the human still very much needs to be in the loop. As a profession I don't see it disappearing entirely, lower level/junior positions could be fewer.
