The coordinator is a woman who has been fucking me around for 6+ months and i've just been waiting for her to get me a psychotherapist for 6+ months.

I cannot do it myself and every time I talk to the stupid women they just act like they don't know what I asked a month ago and go, oh ok! i'll get right on to that for you! when they already said that every week for 6+ months straight and all she had to do was approve a fucking psychotherapist.

Anyway my herder is now my coordinator and he's based.
He actually knows how to operate a phone and replies to texts and calls on the same day instead of my fifth message after 2 weeks.
