That is cool. I like tangible incentives like that.
I was going to make mine a $1extra per 50 or 100 hrs worked but after super and having to pay my HR consulting cunts for individual contracts, and the accountant for separate pay rates though xero (which then I need to pay to get audited), it's too hard and costly.
