Yeah, but what do you want from minecraft? Are you happy with robust crafting mechanics or do you want to be able to dig and build stuff? There are Skyrim mods that permit the construction of buildings and the ability to craft and place furniture and such inside. Nothing that lets you just dig and place blocks like in my bum though. You'd need a pretty gnarly physics engine I reckon to handle the ability of the player to modify the world and be realistic like you described.
