Thoroughly enjoying potatoes boiled in mala spice. Licorice, fennel, Bay, cinnamon give the potato sweetness, douchi gives it salt, its very good. There's some tomato and black vinegar to cut through the oil, the oil is real just a vehicle for black cardamom and red chilli, white peppercorn lifts the cardamom up a bit, the plastic sausage gives the stock richness.
How many potatoes can I eat? I've got a few hours.
