If you do see video ads,

backup and then reset your uBO settings

disable all other extensions

force-update filter lists

relaunch your browser and test again

if you still get the ads, add =adunit& to My filters as suggested by u/mp3geek in https://www.reddit.com/r/uBlockOrigin/comments/13nss60/youtube_ads_back_on_desktop/jl5ogtw/ and test again

if the above didn't help, add youtube.com##+js(json-prune, playerResponse.adPlacements playerResponse.playerAds adPlacements playerAds) and test again
