I'd agree about the sound track. I found the film too dumb conceptually. The eureka scene was particularly dumb.
The whole premise - needing to leave earth due to "blight" - makes no sense. At the point you are building O'Neil cylinders to inhabit, why not just make big greenhouses on earth that are free from blight?
