Got some loin chops from Costco. Was $18 a kilo and there were 15 chops, I think $38 all up. They are better chops than the side of lamb packs. They are trimmed up and don't have the tails. Seared 4, then put the pan on the oven for about 20 mins. Made some cucumber, feta, lemon juice and oil salad thing and had then sliced in mini bread rolls with it.
