Amazon is the easiest to deal with in Australia. Do not buy anything with a battery from their overseas store*, but even their warranty cover is elite. I returned a Fitbit after a few years because the battery drained after 2 hours from a full charge. No Australian retailer would allow that return.
*You pay for return postage and are re-reimbursed up to $X amount, it takes 30 days to process the return when it arrives at their overseas centre and you can only do the reimbursement after you get the refund amount. Might hassle them today over it.
